Archie M. Hughes is a highly accomplished alternative investment executive with more than 25 years of experience in capital formation, distribution, and strategic relationship development across the Independent Broker Dealer, Registered Investment Advisor, and Private Wealth channels.

Throughout his career, Archie has built a distinguished track record of raising capital and developing long-term relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, broker-dealers, and investment professionals throughout the United States. His expertise spans a broad range of alternative investments, including non-traded REITs, interval funds, Business Development Companies, Delaware Statutory Trusts, private equity, Qualified Opportunity Zone investments, and other private-market strategies.

Prior to joining Sandy Bay Partners, Archie held senior distribution roles with leading investment and alternative asset management firms, including KKR, Macquarie, CBRE, CNL, Apollo Global Management, Griffin Capital, and Watermark Capital. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a top-performing distribution professional, earning a reputation for building strong advisor relationships, expanding distribution networks, and delivering results across a wide range of investment strategies.

His career has been defined by an entrepreneurial approach, a deep understanding of the financial intermediary marketplace, and a consistent ability to connect investment managers and financial professionals with differentiated investment opportunities.

Archie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia, with an emphasis on public relations, marketing, and consumer psychology. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Archie lives in Colleyville, Texas, with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys saltwater fishing and spending time with his family on beach vacations.
