Licensed in real estate since 1997, David has successfully consulted and managed over two billion dollars’ worth of high quality alternative real estate investments nationwide. David has focused on building close relationships with not only his loyal base of investors, but also with leadership within the United States Senate and House of Representatives, and local state and governmental leaders. His commitment to a coalition of major legal teams across many well-known law firms has helped to support his unswerving effort to achieve the highest standards of practice and legal principle across all SBP offerings and company management. David is a proud father and loving husband who enjoys family time, travel and boating. He aspires to pay much of his financial success back into the community, heavily supporting healthcare ministries in NW Florida, Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, the Ronald McDonald House, wounded veteran groups, land conservancies, homes for homeless children in NE Atlanta, providing private school and college scholarships to underprivileged youths, backing the arts, including the Georgia Boys Choir, as well as numerous other causes he feels will make our streets safer and support upward mobility in our communities.
