Eric has worked in the financial services industry for the past 15 years. He began his career as a college intern in 2004 and he served as a financial advisor until 2012. Since then, he shifted his attention to Private Equity, Real Estate, and Capital Raising. Eric has raised over $200M for various strategies such as private operating businesses, land conservation, convertible debt, and private real estate. He holds his Series 7, 6, 63 licenses, as well as his California Real Estate license. Eric graduated from Bradley University in his hometown of Peoria, Illinois. He now lives in Los Angeles and enjoys the beach, traveling internationally, scuba diving, mountain climbing, and occasionally rapping. He is a registered representative of Green Vista Capital, LLC - Member FINRA/ SIPC which is not affiliated with Sandy Bay Capital.
