Nick serves as the Executive Vice President at Sandy Bay. Prior to joining Sandy Bay Nick was one of the founders of Triloma Financial Group – a private investment management firm that has managed and raised money for various real estate and energy investments as well as owned and ran a managing broker/dealer. Prior to Triloma, Nick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Champers Street Properties (NYSE: CSG), a REIT with $3.4 Billion in assets. Prior to his term at Chambers Street, Nick held various roles with CNL companies in Orlando, Florida. Born in Dubna, Russia, Nick received B.B.A. from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin and then an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
